Given the current economy, Pacesetter has completely divested our previous portfolio of successful businesses over the last eighteen months in order to incubate and grow three new high growth companies that were specifically designed to succeed in today's increasingly competitive environment. The key thread across these businesses is an innovative and proprietary set of game & entertainment technologies that provide our customers with an "unfair competitive advantage" – the ability to immediately increase their profitability by driving significant new customer traffic and retaining existing customers far longer than industry benchmarks suggest would ever be possible.

Segredo Restaurant Group: provides existing business owners in the markets listed above, or entrepreneurs interested in these markets, with franchise restaurant/bar opportunities (as well as a complete line of design and installation services for their specific entertainment concepts) using Pacesetter's proprietary line of innovative game & entertainment technologies.

Pacesetter Investments: is a private venture capital fund which exclusively supports the scale-up of our new businesses, as well as those of our customers (for example, we offer joint venture opportunities to selected customers with great concepts/locations in return for an attractive revenue sharing arrangement). Later this year we anticipate offering (exclusively to "IRS qualified" investors) limited partnership opportunities to invest in high growth, but asset-backed business ventures we manage. Unless you are already working with us however, we are not actively soliciting funds now.
